Deploy Day provides productized AI automation builds. Each build is a scoped, fixed-price deliverable created on our infrastructure (n8n, Supabase, Hetzner) and delivered as a managed service. You do not receive source code, export rights, or access to the underlying workflow logic. The automation is operated as a service on our stack.
Build Fee: A one-time fee of $3,500 for the scoped automation build. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to lock scope and begin the build. The remaining balance is due before build commencement.
Retainer: Monthly retainer covers unlimited repair, monitoring, self-healing, credential rotation, and ROI dashboard access. Retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Tiers based on active automation count:
Consulting: Advisory and architectural consulting is available at $750/hour, with a 10-hour minimum engagement ($7,500 floor). Consulting engagements are separate from build and retainer fees.
No Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable. The build fee is non-refundable once the build has begun. If the scope is not approved within 14 days of deposit, the project may be cancelled at our discretion.
Once you approve the scope, it is locked. The build proceeds exactly against the approved scope. Any change request after scope lock requires a new Statement of Work (SOW) and additional fees.
Post-Delivery Changes: After the automation is delivered and accepted, any material change to logic, integrations, or data flow is billed at $750/hour or a quoted flat fee, whichever is agreed in writing before work begins. Minor tweaks covered under an active retainer are handled as part of that retainer.
All workflow logic, prompt engineering, node configurations, database schemas, and integration patterns created during the build remain the sole intellectual property of TSV Studios LLC (Deploy Day). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the automation as a service for the duration of your account. You may not reverse-engineer, export, or redistribute the underlying automation logic. Data you provide (email content, API outputs, business records) remains yours.
To build and operate your automation, you may need to grant API access (OAuth, API keys, or app passwords) to services such as Gmail, Stripe, Google Search Console, and other third-party platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect these accounts. Credentials are stored encrypted (LUKS at rest, TLS in transit) and are only used to execute the scoped automation. You may revoke access at any time; doing so may cause the automation to fail.
Automations rely on third-party APIs (Google, Stripe, etc.) and their rate limits, terms of service, and availability. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party platform changes, outages, or rate limiting. We design with resilience but cannot guarantee 100% uptime for dependencies outside our control.
We commit to a 96-hour build timeline from scope approval and balance payment. Delivery means the automation is live, tested, and operational in your dashboard. You do not receive internal documentation, workflow exports, source code access, or technical handoff materials. The automation operates as a managed service on our infrastructure. Delays caused by late credential provision, scope revision, or third-party access issues extend the timeline accordingly.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific build in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost revenue damages. You acknowledge that AI automations process data algorithmically and may occasionally miscategorize, misroute, or draft inaccurate content. Human review is built into every workflow where accuracy is critical.
You may cancel an active retainer at any time with 30 days notice. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the build fee or prior retainer payments. Upon termination, we will deactivate the automation and retain data for 30 days before secure deletion, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
