Triggered by a payment completion, appointment end, or project close event, a review request email fires within 24 hours from your domain. After 3 days with no click, a single follow-up sends. Customers who already left a review (tracked via click event) are suppressed from future requests. All links go to your Google Business Profile, Yelp, or Trustpilot page.
