Send post-interaction NPS surveys, route high scores to review requests, route low scores to account owner alerts, and summarize weekly.

What We Build

After a defined trigger (purchase, support close, project delivery), a feedback survey sends 24 hours later. Responses log in Airtable. NPS 9–10 triggers a review request. NPS 0–6 triggers an internal alert to the account owner. All responses are summarized in a weekly digest email to the designated admin.
