What We Build

Pulls upcoming appointments from your scheduling tool (Calendly, Acuity, or Google Calendar). Sends an email reminder 24 hours before and an SMS 1 hour before via Twilio. No-shows get a reschedule link within 15 minutes of the missed appointment. Cancellations trigger an internal Slack or email notification with the open slot flagged.
